Medium and low spin washing machines
The GWM and GWN G4-WIZ® medium and low spin washing machines consist of a one-piece frame that is not subject to movement or deterioration: wear and tear and mechanical stress are reduced to a minimum thanks to a lower spin speed (200 G and 100 G) and the presence of a rigid, non-deformable frame instead of springs and shock absorbers. This means a longer life span, limited maintenance costs and low noise impact.
Eco-friendly washing machines
GWM and GWN washing machines can rely, as standard, o the patented DWS precision weighing system which, via the G4-WIZ® control system, calculates the exact amount of energy, water and detergent required based on the real amount of laundry loaded. In this way, the appliance adapts itself to every slightest change in the load. The GWM and GWN G4-WIZ® medium and low spin washing machines are not only energy-efficient, but also eco-friendly as they guarantee up to 97% of machine recyclability. The equipment has a low environmental impact not only during its ‘life cycle’, but also when you decide to change it.
Washing machines with frames designed to last
GWM and GWN G4-WIZ® rigid-mount washing machines are produced in six load capacities (3+3) from 8 kg to 28 kg: high performance, ease of use, energy saving and low environmental impact are always guaranteed. The appliances are also equipped with a steel drum with a special hemi-sphere structure that ensures a gentle touch on fabrics and prevents water bouncing during the spin-cycle. Characterised by a rigid, solid and robust frame, these machines do not need springs or shock absorbers because only the drum is moving. This means less wear and tear, less maintenance, as well as excellent quietness. Because they’re anchor to the ground, these washing machines are perfect on board of small and medium-sized ships, ferries and cargo ships.
Effective cleaning is simple
Ergonomically positioned and equipped with a dual inlet for cold or hot water, the 4-compartment dispenser can be used with either powder or liquid detergents: the correct flow of water according to the set washing temperature is always ensured. As each washing phase requires a specific type of water, the washing machine has three inputs: hot, cold fresh and hard water. All models mix the three types independently and automatically. All Grandimpianti models have a MIXER that mixes water and detergents before they enter the drum and come into contact with the clotes (no risks of damage or discolouration). Finally, the motorised drain valve with a diameter of 3″ (76 mm) is positioned on the front of the equipment, for a quick and easy maintenance, and directly under the tank, avoiding the need of a long and cumbersome connection pipe: no risk of water and detergent deposits.
Security is not an extra
These appliances, like all our washing machines, have dual safety systems and redundant alarm circuits, like in the airplanes, including the porthole lock, which is equipped with a safety system that keeps it closed and locked until the drum rotation ends. Inside the washing machines, the control circuits are low voltage (24Vac): no problems due to voltage fluctuations (the mains network is different worldwide) and no risk of electric shock in case of maintenance. Finally, all our machines are equipped with a main switch and fuses on board, this means saving time and money during the installation.
Effective and essential control system
The control system here is G4-Wiz®, which allows an easy and intuitive configuration of all washing steps directly from the display. The system manages the engine, optimises dosages, balances the load in the drum, predicts maintenance times, manages the payment system and stores data. Interaction with G4-Wiz® control system is just a fingertip away.
