GWH WASHING MACHINES: SMART, VERSATILE AND PRECISE
These are professional washing machines with high spin speed (up to 400G) which ensure a fast and effective washing as well as reduced percentage of residual moisture on the clothes and, therefore, high time savings in the following drying and ironing phases. Equipped with a stainless steel drum with a special semi-sphere structure, that avoids damages caused by friction, these machines can wash an overalls as much as a wedding dress.

Management, monitoring, tracking: these are just some of the strengths of our integrated system. Laundry operations are made more efficient thanks to the batch tracking: clients data, cycles, individual customer requirements, are all archived, tracked and managed avoiding oversights or impromptu solutions (e.g. post-it notes stuck on machine panels). Finally, process certification, a function that keeps track of all the different washing phases (including temperatures), confirms that the equipment has actually performed a certain cycle at a precise temperature: a crucial factor in terms of safety and hygiene.
SANITIZING IS EASY, FAST AND IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE THANKS TO THE OZONE READY TECHNOLOGY
Connecting a GWH washing machine to the GO3 ozone generator is quick and easy: all our machines are natively prepared to be equipped with the ozone dosing system and connected to the generator, without any mechanical structural problems. The high quality and strength of the plastic and rubber parts ensure maximum efficiency and long life. The lightweight and space-saving GO3 generator transforms oxygen in the surrounding air into ozone and injects it inside the washing machine via an injector.
ERGONOMICS WITHOUT SIZE LIMITS
With the aim of simplifying the daily job in the laundry and making it less burdensome, we have worked on the ergonomic aspects of our professional washing machines by carefully studying every aspect:
Extra large portholes (330 to 540 mm) for a quick loading and unloading of the laundry

7″ display always visible and easy to use with gloves
Position, tilt and orientation of electronic control display makes it always visible

SAFETY AT EVERY PHASE
The safety devices in our washing machines are double and redundant as on an aircraft: circuit breaker, safety pressure switch, isolation transformer, porthole lock with redundant detector and many other sensors are all connected to the safety board, which is powered at low voltage (24Vac). Together they guarantee:

SUSTAINABILITY IS A MATTER OF DETAILS
The presence of the patented dynamic DWS (GWH 80-280) and manual MWS (GWH 350-600) weighing systems, a large 3″ drain motorised valve (double on GWH350-600 models) under the tank (no need for connection pipes) and an intelligent water mixing system with triple inlet (hot, fresh and hard water), allows us to:

Achieving better washing performance
Ensuring up to 96% of recyclability rate through materials (e.g. skinplate) and careful design
Use less detergent due to the possibility of loading soft fresh water that is less calcareous
