Zanolli Synthesis 08/50 V PW E Pizza Tunnel Oven

Synthesis is a revolutionary modular tunnel oven. After having prepared your recipe set the right temperature, decided on the speed for the conveyer and placed the food on it, you can forget the rest. There’s no need to check the product during cooking because the oven will keep it away from the heat preventing it from burning. Synthesis can cook pizza and grilled vegetables, fast food and pastries.

Management of 6 cooking programs for each program you can set: cooking time, temperature and power to the top and the bottom of the oven.
ECONOMY function: keeps the oven at a lower temperature if the oven doesn’t need to be operated at full working temperature. Save money and energy.

All conveyor ovens SYNTHESIS can be equipped on request with wire-mesh with center distance 6,25 mm.
