Available with different load capacities (36, 50, 70 kg) and equipped with basket, tank and panelling made of AISI 304 stainless steel, these aseptic washing machines have a sturdy frame suitable for intensive work. The engine, placed on the bottom close to the floor, reduces vibration and noise during the spin-cycle. The side stabilizers also give the machine better stability in every conditions and ensure less wear and tear on the shock-absorbing system, reducing maintenance. This washing machine is available with electric or direct steam heating system.
Sanitary barrier: no risk of contamination
In the healthcare sector, 10 to 15% of infections are caused by the poor quality of cleaning of bed linen, which sometimes lead to the death of patients. In the food and pharmaceutical industry, on the other hand, complete laundry management by professional machines is essential to maintain a high level of hygiene in products and eliminate the presence of bacteria such as staphylococcus aureus, salmonella, listeria, etc. AS sanitary barrier washing machines have been designed to offer the right answer to this problem: two separate doors/portholes allow to load the dirty laundry on one side and unload the cleaning laundry on the other, preventing the re-contamination of washed clothes. An aseptic washing machine therefore allows compliance with EN14065 (RABC).
