All SFG models are equipped with large diameter cylinders, reliable mechanics, an easily cleanable design line, anti-corodal aluminium shoulders, ball bearings on all movements, interchangeable and reversible lower and upper scrapers, soft and precise control lever. They can sheet all kinds of alimentary dough, obtaining thin and constant thickness, a guarantee of uniformity in the cooked products. The machines are supplied with a low tension electric control panel, blocking wheels for better movement, rising belts to limit the encumbrance of the machine, easily removable scrapers for ordinary cleaning. The ergonomic and functional aspect is particularly cared for, the maintenance is reduced to cleaning and to a periodical checking.
