The AMS model Bowl adapter mix similar to the previous ones in the part of the mixer with automatic pulling out of the trolley on stainless steel power-assisted plate, presents a double tipper, an inner one that unloads the bowl of the mixer in a rest bowl and an outer tipper that permits to unload the contents of the rest bowl in the mixer bowl. Meant for all who make bread with natural yeasts, the system allows at first to make doughs that will be put to rest in order to become themselves natural yeasts; afterwards, with a second program, they will be put into the mixer and adding water and flour go on with the refreshing and therefore with the finished dough that could be put again in the rest bowls to be sent to the production.
