Bezzera reliability and know-how, enhanced by the current technological solutions, create a new coffee machine model for the most demanding users satisfaction.
\nThe adjustable brewing groups temperature, the customizable pressure profile for each key, combined with an accurate setting of the “brew ratio”, allow to brew a perfect espresso … It is not over….!
\nThanks to an innovative patent and an hydraulic system consisting of 2 independent circuits able to provide a certified thermal stability, Arcadia is the first professional espresso machine able to prepare coffee with the drip brewing method, with the same brewing head used to brew an espresso (only available on DE BREWING PROFILE versions).<\/p>\n

VERSION DE BREWING PROFILE
\nIn addition to all the features in the model DE PID, the version DE Display is able to optimize the 4 main beverages:<\/p>\n

  • Espresso:\u00a0preassure brewing profile and temperature can be customized by the software, In order to get the best olfactory and organoleptic sensation from your blend.<\/li>\n
  • Drip coffee brewing:\u00a0allow to set 1 or more specific program to brew your blend with the drip brewing method. Automatically the group will dispense water at the optimum preset temperature and flow rate.<\/li>\n
  • Tea:\u00a0up to 6 dedicated programs (3 if AUTO-FOAMER option is installed) for 2 hot water dispensers, allows to dispense the right amount of water at the correct temperature for your green tea or black tea menus.<\/li>\n
  • Milk foamer option:\u00a0allows to set 3 differents programs that allow to get 3 differents milk texture and temperatures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES:<\/p>\n

    • Groups controlled by thermostat:\u00a0with 50W resistance to maintain a constant temperature even in conditions of maximum use.<\/li>\n
    • Boiler in copper:\u00a0provides excellent productivity of steam and hot water; the levels in the boiler are automatically controlled by an electronic control unit.<\/li>\n
    • Heat exchangers:\u00a0thanks to a system of heat exchangers feed by a hydraulic circuit separate from the boiler, the coffee is always brewed by means of a flow of fresh water.<\/li>\n
    • Safety:\u00a0double safety of the boiler guaranteed by a safety thermostat and by an overpressure hydraulic valve.<\/li>\n
    • Versatility:\u00a0the wide working area and the unique trays allow to use cups up to 14cm high, in addition to the traditional espresso coffee cups. All Arcadia models are equipped with an internal volumetric motor pump inside the machine that is directly connected to the water mains.<\/li>\n
    • Optional:\u00a0Auto Foamer (only on DE BREWING PROFILE).<\/li>\n
