Azzurro is a professional pizza deck oven series that has been designed around the needs of the modern pizza baker who has limited working space but large production demands thansk to the upwards opening door that allows shorter shovel work. They are completley modular and can be stacked up to 3 units high. As a professional oven, the azzurro series comes complete with a full suite of addiional options. The Azzurro 4 is distinguished by its 4 pizza capacity.
