Heating milk and chocolate requires a special approach. Incorrect heating may cause foaming, fats may float and milk components may even coke. Animo has developed an ingenious beverage warmer for this.

The Animo MWRn round has been specially developed for heating milk or mulled wine, for example. The heater is equipped with a no-drip tap and has a thermostatic temperature control. The built-in boil-dry protection prevents the element from burning out if the water level is too low. The MWRn also has heat-insulating plastic handles, gauge glass indication with minimum and maximum quantity and a fixed connection cable.

The principle of au-bain-marie works as follows; water is evenly heated in the double wall around the milk. The milk takes over the heat from the water jacket. This warms the milk quickly and without risks. The maximum adjustable temperature is 85 ° C. This prevents the milk fats from floating.
